1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the 499det platform and website https://499det.cam ("Site") ("499det", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member").

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000; deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to bonus funds. Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, which are stated on that offer's page.
• Each member may claim each bonus offer only once.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• 499det reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Valid Bets

All bets and game sessions are verified for validity before they begin. Bets will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance. The records on 499det's servers are considered final in determining game outcomes.

6.2 Technical Errors

8 VIP Program and Rewards

499det offers three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

499det reserves the right to change VIP reward benefits and tier criteria. VIP benefits cannot be transferred to anyone else and cannot be converted to cash unless otherwise stated.

9 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

499det services are provided on an "as is" basis. We cannot guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. 499det accepts no responsibility in the following cases:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• If a service is delayed due to third-party technical issues.
• If damage occurs due to problems with the user's own device or software.
